Topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting ✨ Recipe Details 👇🏼 2-3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 2 cups wholemeal flour 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking powder For the cinnamon filling: 40 grams butter (melted) 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon For the cream cheese icing: 35 grams butter 40-45 grams light cream cheese 1/3 cup icing sugar Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Mash the banana in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together. Add in dry ingredients and combine. Set the mixture aside. Melt the butter. Mix in the sugar and cinnamon into the butter. Line a baking tray and pour in mixture. Add in the cinnamon filling and swirl with a fork. Bake for 40- 45 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
