Recipe video coming soon 🎥✨ Ingredients Filling Bacon 2 slices (finely chopped) Ground pork 100 g Onion 60 g (minced) Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Ginger powder 1/4 tsp Pepper, to taste Soy koji 1 tsp (optional but adds umami) Potato starch 2 tsp Dough Tofu 150 g Rice flour 120 g Salt 3 pinches Baking powder 8 g Sugar 1 tsp How to Make ① In a bowl, mix all dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Divide into 4 portions. ② Combine all filling ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 portions. ③ Place one piece of dough on plastic wrap. With slightly wet hands, flatten into a disc and add one portion of filling in the center. Gently wrap the dough around the filling, peeling off the wrap as you go. ④ Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
