these comment sections don't have any appreciation for horror. good horror is slow, atmospheric and tense, and this movie did it all perfectly, with a unique and fresh look at old folklore and it's interaction with the darkest human emotions. we NEED more horror like this. less slashers.

As a person that loves film… this horror is different in my assessment, it presents the perfect setting to “what would I do?” It doesn’t scare you with instant and unstable horror! It places a pace in which your allowed to think and panic (which is a flaw when making horror) but it’s digestible for someone to project on

I loved this movie for the sole fact there was 0 cgi over the top bullshit that takes you out of the mood and looks comical. This was all atmospheric and the witch wasn’t overdone
