I’ve seen gardeners use old colanders as direct compost. Dig it into your veg garden so just the top in uncovered. Then throw scraps in there and water. The leaked goodness provides nutrients to the garden

Pretty sure it’s a laundry washing tub. You dunk it in and out of water. Gives you a washing machine effect. Seen them in wash rooms at old shearing sheds. Could be totally wrong too.

I assume old washing up tub. Keeps cloths in but lets water drain. For washing in a tank or lake/river
