You did it backwards :) you have to find one of those agents who are helpful and send them any listings you like. Loyalty to the agent and they will go above and beyond. I got very lucky I found one within a few clicks.

the difficult part with agents is that people normally work based on recommendations. very rarely for locals to contact random agents from a website. So if you don't know anybody local, this could be difficult. Sim cards most of the time take 10-15 minutes top - you might be unlucky here. Internet - apply/cancel online/WhatsApp it's faster (but cancellation required 30 days notice). shake hand - ladies extend first if different gender. If ladies don't extend their hand, the assumption is that no handshake
