literally nothing of him looks the same so what if the real kid is still out there? and they don't know who that kid is who is with them? and they are living with this whole different kid with a different face, nose,eyes,teeth,hair,clothes like how was he found with those clothes? hmm

he had a completely different face shape. his face was naturally rounded but the kid who they found has a very slim face even to this day
