Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo (GDĐT) vừa đăng tải dự thảo Thông tư sửa đổi, bổ sung quy định kiểm tra, đánh giá học sinh tiểu học, trung học cơ sở (THCS), trung học phổ thông (THPT) để lấy ý kiến góp ý của các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân trên Cổng thông tin điện tử Bộ GDĐT. Dự thảo Thông tư lần đầu tiên cho phép nhà trường tổ chức kiểm tra, đánh giá định kì bằng bài kiểm tra trên máy tính. Hình thức này được thực hiện khi nhà trường đáp ứng các điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất, hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin, phần mềm kiểm tra, đánh giá và nhân lực vận hành theo hướng dẫn của Bộ GDĐT. Nhà trường phải thông báo trước cho học sinh và cha mẹ học sinh về hình thức kiểm tra và các yêu cầu kĩ thuật. Kết quả kiểm tra trên máy tính có giá trị pháp lí tương đương bài làm trên giấy. Dự thảo lưu ý nhà trường phải chuẩn bị phương án dự phòng khi xảy ra sự cố kĩ thuật (tổ chức kiểm tra lại hoặc chuyển sang hình thức trên giấy trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc) và có điều chỉnh hợp lí để học sinh khuyết tật vẫn tiếp cận được hình thức kiểm tra này hoặc được chuyển sang hình thức phù hợp. #moonbook #moon #sachmoon #thpt #bgd
