@anastasiascookhouse: Okay… what knife is THAT? 👀🔪 Meet the WICKWILLOW Nakiri Knife — the star of today’s very crunchy salad. 🥗 #ad I put it to work on cabbage, broccoli, bell pepper, green onions and cilantro… basically, if it could be chopped, I chopped it. 😂 🔗 WICKWILLOW Nakiri Knife — link in my Story! 🥗 Crunchy Peanut Chopped Salad 🛒 Ingredients: * 3 cups Napa cabbage, chopped * 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced * 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped * 1 red bell pepper, diced * 1 cup shredded carrots * 3 green onions, sliced * ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped * 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed * 1 tbsp sesame seeds 🥜 For the peanut dressing: 3 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp honey 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic 1–2 tbsp warm water To make it: Chop everything, add it to a big bowl with the chickpeas, whisk the dressing until creamy, pour it over and toss.
