There was a contract. Sometimes people agree to a contract and don’t follow it. There are ways to handle that, like come to a new agreement or ask courts or arbitrators to step in. Why is that so difficult to understand?

Surrogate laws.. if the parents do not want to keep the baby anymore, the surrogate gets to decide what to do with the baby. If the surrogate wants to end the pregnancy, she is required by law to carry the baby because of the documents signed.
