Common PK6 Gearbox Problem On Renault Trafic And Opel Vivaro. • In this video, we work on an Opel Vivaro equipped with the PK6-375 manual transmission, a gearbox commonly found in vehicles based on the Renault Trafic platform. • The customer complained about very difficult gear engagement, especially with third and fourth gears, which would often refuse to engage or only engage after several attempts. • Since the vehicle was travelling long distance and needed to continue its journey as soon as possible, a complete gearbox rebuild was not planned.
