I understand the message about not harming others with your tongue but I disagree with the way it is phrased. Our sins do not make salah powerless or meaningless. When we sin we should not turn away from Allah or think our prayer is useless we should turn back to Him even more. Salah is one of the ways we return to Allah, ask for forgiveness, and become better. Allah’s door is always open to the one who turns back to Him. The Prophet s.a.w also taught us that Allah is more joyful at the repentance of His servant than a person who loses his camel in a desert with all his food and drink on it and then suddenly finds it again. So when we sin the answer is not to give up on salah or think that our worship is worthless it is to return to Allah, repent, and keep praying. Allah knows best. 🤲🏻🤍
