You don’t know what it feels like to not have toxins winning the battle in your body until you finally feel what it’s like to have your body win the war. I can’t believe I spent that many years feeling the way I did thinking it was normal. I certainly made lifestyle changes, but the biggest catalyst for change in my body was 100% adding Glutathione. It seemed to finally give my body a support needed to latch on to toxins and help flush them from my system. and for anyone who is over 40, fun fact that I only found out later on… our bodies, totally slow down glut on production in our 40s, which is kind of mess messed up, considering that’s when I needed it most! Get your glutathione levels tested and keep an eye out for inflammation markers! this is so important and everyone’s sleeping on it (as was I). It literally is the difference between living your life vs just existing in it ❤️‍🩹 #g#glutathioneglowd#detoxsupporta#antiagingt#toxins Edit: just to answer some of your questions… 1) the glutathione that I take is from @Te@TerraHealth Essentials’s so important to make sure you’re taking a liposomal version. Otherwise it doesn’t absorb and is just a waste of $$ 2) I do 10 squirts a day which is equivalent to about 60mg 3) the one I took doesn’t taste eggy like some other ones I’ve tried before. It’s a pretty refreshing berry flavor. I prefer it cold for what it’s worth. 4) I have never done glutei on injections. My understanding is that they raise glut levels within hours, but then those levels can fall rapidly as well. With a highly absorbable oral glutathione, it takes longer to build up, but also it would take longer for it to fall. i’m in it for the long haul so that is really more my speed, but to each their own. Good luck everyone 🫶
