For those that can't afford apps, or don't know how to use them or intimidated by them. I suggest as a retired r. N that took care of seven family members during their last years of life, keeping them out of the nursing homes. And out of hospice that you get copies of every single test, every single doctor's note every hospital stay and you keep that filed with you. I ended up with a rolling suitcase. My husband's case was so in depth, and I would write down all of my questions on a piece of paper. And take that paper in with me to the doctor and he would say, well, we don't have this result from this test from this place. And I could quickly go through the records that I always carried with me, and hand him the copy of the results. And that made a huge difference in his care. just a suggestion from an old retired r. N that's been there done that.
