After looking this up, she most likely went to a psych ward. She had issues and suffered a manic episode. She won't be tried as an adult due to age but she is going to need a lot more help.

I remember this case being the girl having schizophrenia and the mom knowing but not giving the daughter the meds she needed and the daughter had and episode thinking she saw some sort of demon

not in anyways sticking up for her, but i can remember having 'nightmares' of someone breaking into my house and me grabbing a knife and blocking my bedroom door, (happened a few times, but this was the worse one) when I woke up in the morning there was a knife under my pillow, and draws infront of my bedroom door... I tild my kids dad he had to take them full time for awhile till I got them messed up dreams sorted, as there was no way I was risking anything, from years of hearing story's like this! ❤️
