while i fully agree with your message, just wanted to say that the split was mainly money related (not enough ulta purchases and theft) and also because ulta wanted target employees in the ulta section at all times but that logistically wasn’t possible if that makes sense! btw i worked at target in the ulta section for 2 different locations:)
