That's an inflated figure. It's actually around 38% of land used for livestock which is still a huge number. What he may be confusing it with is that around 80% of agricultural land (actually 77%) is devoted to livestock. He's also underestimated the number animals killed for food. It's actually more like 80-85 billion per year. He's closer on the water/beefburger number though. Its around 2300 litres.

oh man! I should have won that tiramisu, however the data that you talk varies a bit depending on the source, like around 80 billion land animals per year and 2 trillion marine animal. Giuseppe you have to convince your employees to go vegan or hire vegans, I think there is a website called veganjobs so you can work with vegans that are desperate to work for vegan business 🥹
