Hospitals also have the right to see that the child will be safe. Part of the first few days of a newborn is stability involving weight, hydration, and numerous other vital factors to see that the child is in fact stable the parents ability to take them home should very well be tied to the medival

well that's kidnapping on the hospitals first because I know for a fact that baby couldn't sign his name saying it it stays 24 hours and then mother had the right to check them both out at any time

unfortunately I honestly believe the hospital is just wanting to keep it to keep the money coming in I think all hospitals anymore is just now a money racket I cannot see how medical Care can cost so much and if the baby was fine nothing was wrong I see nothing wrong with the mother taking it home

and if the baby is perfectly healthy there is no reason for the baby to stay in the hospital for 24 hours it is her baby so she could be able to leave with her newborn baby

That’s not true at all they are not legally required to stay there for 24 hours also preventing the parent from taking their child to custodial interference, which is a crime

Why would a mother leave their baby somewhere as not their home just because she had a baby at the hospital that doesn’t mean to have every right to keep the baby there and mother has every right to take her baby home. You guys are only allowed to keep that baby if the mother doesn’t have a car seat does the mother have a car seat? Is it? The mother has a car seat then it’s OK for the mother to take the baby home.
