@Sara After Dark following on from asking if people had slept the night before, etc and sharing my experience, last night was even WORSE! Something jolted me awake around 2am and I stared at a spot in my room for a while trying to make sense of it. Was then wide awake and hypersensitive to every little sound. Nodded off around 4am for 15-20mins and had one of the most terrifying experiences of my life- sleep paralysis. 3 cycles of trying to move and shout stop but no sound came out, felt like something hugged me from behind like spooning! But sensed something in front of me too. Surrounded. Finally the third time, I came around properly and could move and speak. Cue being awake since, too scared to sleep 😳😳😳
