Patrick looks like he couldn't lift a sedated limp drugged body. hence the bed by the bedroom window. he had to drag the woman up on the bed& lift her up to the windowsill which wasnt even that high off the floor to begin with, and push her out head first from the bed against the wall/window.

He abused her and then threw her out of the window so that they would think the injuries were from the fall. I literally feel sad about how much violence she was subjected to and her awareness of what happened.

I had a brain tumour and I fell a lot before surgery, while walking, from chairs, down stairs, head first, backwards, to the side etc, basically a whole lot of falls. Unless I was already blacked out or seizing as I fell, in every single fall I brought my hands up to brace my fall no matter the distance to the floor or how drowsy or incapacitated by strong pain killers I was. I hurt my hands and arms so much and still have scars from bracing myself. I've not heard anything to indicate she injured her hands or lower arms, she either was so psychologically out of it that it overrode the inbuilt fall protection we have or she was unconscious.

Blood in the inside of the handle door! My opinion is he locked her in she tried the door. Couldn’t get out so went through the window to get to her kids because she knew what he had done! He was the voices she was hearing he convinced her she did it! She was getting out of the room anyway to get to her kids!

she had sutures on the side of her head, DA was saying there's no proof of any injuries to the head... but also there's no proof there isn't? DA was asking where's blood but haven't provided other pictures to disproof the defence
