I hate AI too but also the employee was late to 17/23 shifts. The AI bot excused all of them and only suggested firing the employee after the human team running it pushed it to search for that essentially. Again, I hate AI and agree that humans should make decisions but the facts are worth mentioning considering humans had to trigger that suggestion from the AI
