Bleach is the LAST chem to use. I’m thinking you’ll need an acid to break it up, and use a degreaser to lift the grime away. Where is this? What would the dirt be? That will help determine what to use.

I think you need to use a degreaser first. That should break up the top layer, then try Zep’s tile / grout cleaner.

You can also try using a steam cleaner, not the mop one but one that has a nozzle end. Cut grease.

Use a steamer! Bleach is an acid and will destroy your brick and grout! Get a neutralize for that bleach section!

Please don’t ever put bleach on brick 🧱 again. Those floors look sealed, and it’s actually the sealant and grout that’s dirty. You’ll need to remove that first. Then you can clean it.
