Since some of you are missing the point, let me make this clear. I’m not upset that JAW declined a debate with me. I’m not even upset that he made a video saying eternal security is easily disproven. I’m stating the facts because HE publicly tried to present what happened in a way that made me look bad. I invited him to debate eternal security. He told me he wasn’t equipped to debate the topic. He then made a video arguing that eternal security is a doctrine no Protestant can defend. Since he didn’t want to debate it, I made a response video and went through his arguments POINT BY POINT. In that video, I mentioned that JAW had been given the opportunity to debate me on this exact topic and declined. Then, when someone asked him why he wouldn’t debate me, HE told people that I made an “exposé” video and shared our private conversation to make him look bad. So I’m simply making sure the facts are clear. I didn’t expose our private conversation. I stated the relevant fact that I invited him to debate this exact topic and he declined. I think that’s completely relevant when, a week later, he makes a public video claiming the doctrine is something no Protestant can defend. He doesn’t owe me a debate. Never said he did. And I have no problem with someone saying they aren’t equipped to debate a topic. But don’t publicly characterize what I did as some sort of “exposé” to make you look bad and then expect me not to clarify what actually happened. Put the shoe on the other foot. If a Catholic challenged me to debate the papacy, I said I wasn’t equipped to debate it, and then a week later I made a video saying, “The papacy is easy to disprove and no Catholic can defend it,” would that Catholic really be wrong for pointing out that I had JUST declined the opportunity to debate that exact subject? I don’t think so. I’m not mad he declined. I’m not mad he made the video. I responded to his arguments, and now I’m correcting the way he publicly characterized my response. That’s it. @Jesus and whatnot #christian #christianity #christiantiktok #christianitytiktok #truechristianministry
