TUTORIAL Shower hack: White or Apple cider vinegar with 3% Hydrogen peroxide. First, you’re going to wet a wash cloth and lather it with your body wash or facial cleanser. I like to have two separate wash cloths. One for my face and one for my body. I then add 2/3 second sprinkle of the vinegar and peroxide on the wash cloth. Make sure to keep these two bottles separately and only on the wet soaped cloth should they then meet. You’re going to rinse and repeat the process until you get your whole body. I do this only 3/4 times a week to avoid drying out my skin. I go over one last time with just a moisturizing body wash. I also lotion and moisturize after the shower! So far it’s helped my tinea versicolor, evening out my dark spots and wrinkles, softer and brighter skin, get rid of my athletes foot and any acne scars I had. Definitely worth a try!
