I did my research on front rack position, I stretched my lats, my chest, my biceps etc, I even used straps to reinforce & further stretch me into the front rack position… it doesn’t work for me, I don’t have mobility required for barbell front squats🤷🏼‍♀️ I spent well over 10 min trying to get it right; I done it before with crossed arms but it’s not a very stable position where I could lift considerable weight and I wanted to try it the regular way only because I have some niggles in my shoulder & chest. However I gave up and ended up doing back squats🤣 Yes, I could have done dumbbells etc, that’s not the point. I wanted to give a good go at getting the front rack position right.
