TLDR: he pled guilty to two accounts of stalking, which lead to the ultimate death of -CEO- and will receive a more lenient sentence because of it, essentially… in New York, you can’t be charged for the same crime twice, avoiding being charged for the murderer and countless of other crimes that were including the stalking charges.
