Seated Figure 4 Rotations: Sit tall and cross one ankle over the opposite knee. Gently rotate your torso toward the bent leg, then return to centre. Alignment: Keep your spine long, shoulders relaxed, and both sit bones grounded. 2. Malasana to Downward Dog: Start in Malasana (Yogi Squat), then plant your hands and lift your hips into Downward Dog. Bend your knees as needed to lengthen your spine. Alignment: Press evenly through your hands, lengthen from wrists to hips, and keep your neck relaxed. 3. Child's Pose to Cow: Begin in Child's Pose, then glide forward into Cow Pose as you inhale.
