I tried this and ChatGPT wiped my identity off hundreds of websites while I slept. Prompt 1: “Search the internet for everything you can find about me. List every data broker and people search site that’s exposing my personal info and give me the exact opt-out link for each one.” The results were terrifying. It found sites I’ve never heard of with my address and phone number. Prompt 2: “Write me the exact removal request to send to each one.” ChatGPT writes a custom removal request for each company. Prompt 3: Turn on Agent Mode and say: “Go to every one of those sites and submit the removal request for me.” ChatGPT opens its own browser and submits every single one while you do nothing. Prompt 4: “Now recheck every site every week and resubmit any that get ignored until I’m completely gone.” ChatGPT builds a scheduled task that runs weekly until your identity is wiped for good.
