I don’t think people are negative when they share their struggles. We normally only see or talk about the good parts, and this is why the sharing of struggles started in the first place, which is why it’s important.

I hated my husband and I'll openly tell him now. I hated him not because he didn't help (he was and still is a fantastic dad) I hated him because he could carry on being him and not just dad, I don't feel like this the 2nd time round tho thankfully

Pregnancy has been really tough for me, the nausea, sickness, headaches, tiredness, insomnia everything! I’m not even scared for childbirth or postpartum compared to this 😭

It is different for every person. Some people have a really difficult experience and for some people it's really joyful. And when they get a bit bigger you can get some of your old self and life back. That phase of motherhood is temporary and you'll miss it when it's gone.

This is so refreshing to see as it’s normally so negative online. I think we had our babies around a similar time, my girlie was born in May. It’s literally the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I love every second. Couldn’t relate more!🫶🏼

the newborn stage is the easiest, and I'll die on that hill 😅 (situation depending obvs) but 2 kids in, and I'd do anything to go back to the newborn, beginning stage 🩷✨

I think it's your first child you can be urself it's much easier it's when you have 1 or more u loose urself with 1 kid ur ok it's easy u cam do everything

If I’m honest everyone is differently, I honestly was in that newborn bubble for so long and because I suffered with anxiety beforehand I thought I was going to struggle at the beginning but I didn’t, thought I wasn’t going to get it, however now over a year in I have had a hit with some post partum anxiety/slight depression due to the sleep deprivation and my daughter becoming a toddler. I don’t wish it on anyone but it’s real & it’s hard so I get it’s all good to be positive with it and genuinely motherhood is amazing but there’s also awareness to have with it too 💕

I was told so many times that me and my partner will have arguments and just end up hating eachother, we don’t at all and haven’t argued even once ( my son is 6 months old ) or the past 5 years we’ve been together we haven’t really argued at all ( if anything I’ve been a btch and apologised lol ) He is the most amazing dad and our relationship was great before and still is great. I think it honestly depends if you have a bad relationship before hand. It’s so nice to hear that someone else is having the same experience! Our babies are very lucky to have such good dads ❤️
