As a chronically ill and depressed calisthenics creator I feel it is my duty to give you a *realistic* 5 min workout on my bad days. Sometimes all I can do is this and that’s ok! Even if all you can do is get up and dance around for five minutes you’ve done well. Keep taking small steps towards a healthier you! I was bedridden for many years and had to unlearn the habits that kept me stuck inside my room very slowly.
