Baked Potato Lule Kebab🌶️ For the Potatoes * 4–5 potatoes, sliced * 2 onions, sliced into rings * Salt, to taste * Black pepper, to taste * Red pepper flakes, to taste For the Lule * 600 g ground beef * 1 onion, grated * Salt, to taste For the Sauce * 1 tbsp tomato paste * 3 tbsp vegetable oil * Slightly more than ½ cup hot water * Salt, to taste * Dried thyme ⸻ Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and grated onion. Season with salt and knead well until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 2. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. 3. Add the onion rings to the center of the tray. 4. Shape the meat mixture into long Lule kebabs, as shown in the video, and place them over the onions. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, vegetable oil, hot water, dried thyme, and salt. Pour the sauce evenly over the dish. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until the potatoes are tender and the Lule kebab is beautifully browned and fully cooked.
