I grew up by the beach. I can genuinely say my skin was better and nothing hits harder than a walk on the boardwalk at night after a really shit day.

I have diagnosed depression. I lived by the beach for 12 years and then moved to Michigan for 8 months. My depression went from functioning/manageable most days to 10/10 awful. I couldn't do the lack of sunlight and water. So I moved back and I'm never not living near the beach again.
