“charge everyone for everything all the time” 😂 is the reason restaurants and bars are closing at an exponential rate. nobody wants to feel nickel-n-dime’d. horrible advice. less and less people are drinking anyways, alcohol will be gone in under 10 years.

only thing is I would swap the gimlet for something else like a paloma or another popular regional order I don't think gimlets are really that popular anymore

I know there may be some disagreement with some of these but as 101 just starting out advice these are all rock solid. You can figure out when to bend/break these rules when you’ve got the experience to make the judgement call.
