I mean in my opinion TRH is overrated. Their rolls are sold in the freezer section at stores and their steaks aren’t all that. And not to mention their opening hours are crazy. Salt Grass for the win.

They are not overrated it’s the only restaurant that has an actual has a meat cutter cutting your meat in the freezer. They have integrity, they are always finding ways to be part of the community and bring that customer service with heart. I worked there for 3 years and it’s an amazing company to work for. My husband worked for 16 years. So no one can ever tell me other wise. So don’t believe everything you heard and see. People always love to start drama. No one in their stupid mind puts there real name on FB and stirs the pot knowing that it can come back to them.

Once I went to the Texas Roadhouse, we had an appointment too, they sat us for my brothers birthday to a dirty table. The plates and drinks were still there when we got sat. We waited over an hour. They for sure suck.

This is absolutely out right horrible. You wanna talk about calling TRH out can you imagine if they’re doing this right now? There’s no telling what they do if they really don’t like you somewhere down the line something else besides, an apology needs to be done as it is. I’ve seen where they don’t even use gloves to bring you the lemons they just use their hands 🤮 in my opinion 100% do better Texas roadhouse
