Relleno de canela cremosito 35 g mantequilla suave 45 g azúcar mascabado 2 cucharadas de canela en polvo 1/2 cucharadita de maicena Mezclar hasta obtener una pasta suave y untable. ☺️🫰🏻 Este relleno es el que hace que las galletas y los roles sepan a panadería 🤎 Queda cremoso, con sabor intenso a canela y la espiral se mantiene bien marcada al hornear.
