The Guardroom project is being undertaken through a partnership between the Administration Police Service and Stanbic Bank Kenya. Speaking during the event, Mr. Masengeli noted that the ceremony marked a significant milestone, laying a foundation for excellence and collaboration through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). He observed that the Guardroom symbolises discipline and order, serving as the first point of contact and creating the first impression for everyone entering the institution. In his remarks, Stanbic Bank Kenya CEO, Mr. Abraham Ongenge, reaffirmed the bank's commitment to being a trusted financial partner of the Administration Police Service.
