You're probably about 14 grams short on fiber today. Here's how to close half that gap without adding a single new food 👇 The target is around 28 grams a day. The average American eats 14. That isn't a small miss, it's half. And the fix everyone reaches for is wrong. You don't need kale, you don't need a powder. You need a different version of what you're already eating. Two slices of white bread have 1.5 g of fiber. Two slices of whole grain have 3.5. A cup of white rice has 0.5 g. A cup of brown rice has 3.5. Seven times more, and it's still just rice. A glass of orange juice has 0.5 g. A whole orange has 3. Juicing leaves almost all of the fiber behind in the machine. Add them up. That's 7.5 grams in a single day. Same three meals, same three foods, just different versions of each. More than half your gap, gone. One thing to watch before you buy the bread. "Wheat bread" and "multigrain" mean nothing on a label, and brown color can come from molasses. Look for 100% whole wheat, and check that whole wheat flour is the first ingredient on the list. If it isn't first, the fiber isn't there. That's the hard part about fiber. You can feel when you've had too much sugar. You have no idea how much fiber you've had today, and almost no label puts it up front. In Fitia you see it on everything you log, right next to calories and protein. And if you want to try it: use the code **FIBER** for a discount on Fitia Premium 🌾 Save this for your next grocery run. #fiber #nutrition #healthyeating #guthealth #caloriecounting
