Faça uma mistura com azeite de oliva, alho, páprica, sal, pimenta, alecrim, orégano e limão. Espalhe o tempero sobre toda a superfície da carne. Deixe as costeletas descansarem por 20 a 30 minutos. Corte as cebolas em pedaços grandes e coloque no fundo de uma assadeira. Distribua as costeletas sem colocar uma sobre a outra. Regue com o restante do tempero e um fio de azeite.
