By any aspects, they don’t give you anything including accountability and respect. Distancing yourself from them is their closure to you. They won’t go back to you in admitting their mistakes, but instead waiting or demanding for your grace and access. Which is a big no-no.

He blamed me saying he can’t help me anymore and we fight too much but he said if I fixed myself we can get back together that was two months ago than hr said I gave him the bare minimum and now says idk if we’re getting back together he only contacts me when he wants money or something I know the truth he left me for someone else he still try’s to hide it from me so I won’t leave. I’m in such a trauma bond I can’t let go even though writing all this makes me sick and look like an idiot I’ve been going to therapy since we broke up.
