Roll dough, place butter inside, double fold. Repeat for a total of 2 folds. 6. Rest 20 minutes in the fridge between folds. 7. Rest again before shaping. 8. Cook the apple filling on low heat until soft. 9. Shape as in video, fill with apples, brush with egg yolk. 10.
