Ling yi was a kid when she first started writing ggz, is not something to blame her, they never intended or expected the story to be taken seriously.

Three months after their first-class flight, Jan had learned several things about dating JingJing. JingJing scheduled everything…absolutely everything. Dinner reservations went into her calendar. Dates went into her calendar. Once, Jan had caught her adding Stay at Jan's apartment to her calendar. She had never taken public transport until Jan made her. And despite running an international company with thousands of employees, JingJing could become surprisingly dramatic when faced with minor inconveniences. Which was why Jan laughed when JingJing asked to come camping with her. She actually laughed. JingJing stared at her across the restaurant table. “Why are you laughing?” “Sorry.” “You don't look sorry.” Jan tried to stop but it didn't work. JingJing's eyes narrowed. “You said you go every year.” “I do.” “And you're going next weekend.” “Yes.” “So I want to come.” Jan finally got herself under control. “Jing, I don't think camping is something you’d like.” “How do you know?” “Because last weekend you complained that my shower pressure was unacceptable.” “It was unacceptable.” Jan grinned and JingJing folded her arms. “I want to experience normal camping.” Something about the proud way she announced it almost started Jan laughing again. “Normal camping?” “Yes.” “You know I mean an actual tent, right?” “Obviously.” “On the ground.” “I know how camping works, Jan.” She huffed with an eye roll. “No hotel nearby.” “I don't need a hotel.” “No room service.” “I don't need room service.” “No private bathroom.” JingJing hesitated and Jan saw it. “There it is.” “I can survive without a private bathroom for two days.” “Okay.” JingJing blinked. “Okay?” “Come with me.” A victorious smile appeared. “Thank you.” Jan pointed at her. “But I'm not listening to you complain.” “I won't complain.” “Promise?” “Promise.” Jan smiled knowing full well this was going to be a disaster. . And it was. They left Bangkok early Saturday morning and drove northeast for a couple of hours, gradually exchanging traffic and buildings for open roads, green hills and countryside. JingJing spent most of the drive excited. When they finally reached the campsite, JingJing stepped out of the car and looked around. Trees surrounded them and mountains rose in the distance Their campsite sat beside a quiet stretch of water with only a handful of other tents scattered nearby. JingJing smiled. “This is beautiful.” Jan took the tent from the car. “Told you.” “And quiet.” “Did you turn your phone off?” JingJing looked horrified. “Don't be ridiculous.” Jan laughed and they carried everything to their spot. Twenty minutes later, JingJing stood with her hands on her hips, staring at it. “Where does the air-conditioning go?” Jan slowly looked up. “What?” “The air-conditioning.” Jan stared at her and JingJing stared back. “Is there no air-conditioning?” Jan dropped the tent pole. “Get in the car.” “What?” “I'm taking you home.” “Jan!” “We're twenty minutes in!” “I was only asking!” “It's a tent!” “It's Thailand!” “Yes, JingJing. I am aware.” “It's hot.” “That's why I told you this might not be your thing.” She sighed, reaching for the tent poles to pack away. JingJing grabbed the tent pole before Jan could reach it. “I'm staying.” “Give me that.” “No.” “You don't even know where it goes.” “I'll figure it out.” Ten minutes later, JingJing had somehow attached it completely backwards. “Stop laughing at me.” “I can't.” Jan giggled from her spot on the grass. “You're supposed to be helping.” “You said you'd figure it out.” JingJing glared at the pole. “Your tent is unnecessarily complicated.” “My tent cost one thousand baht.” “That explains it.” Jan gasped. “Don't insult my tent.” “I'm not insulting it.” “You absolutely are.” Jan placed down her beer and stood up, walking towards Jing. JingJing looked at the half-collapsed tent. “I think it's insulting itself.” Jan tackled her and JingJing shrieked as they both fell onto the grass.
