@minimaillotjaune: Only time for a quick 10K ride today 🚴‍♀️💨 but sometimes a short ride is exactly what you need! It’s easy to think that if you don’t have time for a big ride, it’s not worth getting the bike out at all… but I always feel so much better afterwards. Even 20 or 30 minutes is enough to get the blood pumping, breathe in some fresh air, clear your head and give your mood a little boost. ☀️🌿 You might not be setting any distance records, climbing huge mountains or coming home completely exhausted, but that doesn’t mean the ride didn’t count. Sometimes just getting outside, moving your legs and switching off from everything else for a little while can completely change how you feel for the rest of the day. And quite often, the hardest part is simply getting out the door! Once you’re on the bike, you’ll be surprised how much you can enjoy even a tiny adventure. 🥰🚲 10K is always better than 0K! 🙌 Do you still go for a ride when you’ve only got a little bit of time to spare? ❤️
