Wow people are actually pointing that out..lawd I think you look amazing. I’ve also gained about 10 pounds based on my cortisol and yes I’m on GLP as well.

Perimenopause made me gain 10lbs and I can not lose it. Seriously- I’ve done everything and the craving are hard core!…like cravings feel like I’m a teenager. And that song was my wedding song.

I agree the mental side is 1st priority. I've also gained a TON of weight and I cannot stand it. Its truly ruining my quality of life bc im so uncomfortable. My weight gain is primarily in my stomach. Which i assume is due to perimenopause. I definitely need to start walking at least 30 min a day. I'm making an appointment with my OB to see what my options are. I hate this stage of life. And yes the antidepressant meds always make me gain 30 or 40 lbs everytime im on them. It's so stupid.
