Everyone kept telling me "you can't spoil a baby" and "this phase will pass" but I was drowning. I couldn't work, couldn't shower, couldn't even eat a meal without her waking up the second I put her down. But more heartbreaking, is that I couldn't do the things Annabelle (who was 2.5 years old) needed me to do as her mama 😭 . The decision to finally get help and learn how to teach her to sleep in her crib felt impossible when I was that tired and had no idea how I'd get her out of my arms.
