Because when it feels like you are constantly dealing with cystic acne, it's time to take a look at what's going on inside! My acne journey has been a LONG one but this year, I really made some progress because I started doing more internal testing that focused on what potential root causes could be. It started with doing a full blood panel (via @CLEARSTEM Skincare ) to see what internally could be causing all the breakouts then being put on a supplement regimen which helped. But then I did a round of egg freezing which threw things off again so I opted to dive deeper to figure out what's going on internally by doing an acne specific GI test. And we found it- 2 strains of H Pylori which I'm pretty sure has been what has causing my acne (and rosacea!!)
