Mix salmon, shredded crab, cream cheese, spicy mayo, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil + green onions together.  3. Microwave rice, then mix with rice vinegar, sugar, salt + sesame oil while it’s still warm.  4. Add rice to a baking dish (spreaded evenly), top with furikake, then spread the salmon mixture on top. Drizzle with spicy mayo + sriracha. 5. Bake at 400°F for 8–10 min, then broil 1–3 min until golden. 6.
