A DC fast charger can push 400–800V at several hundred amps through that connector. Always stop the charge, confirm on the charger screen that the session has ended, give it a few seconds for the contactors to open, then release. Pulling a live connector is extremely dangerous and can damage your car, the charger, and you. Save this. Send it to the EV owner in your life who hasn’t thought about it yet.
