Chris kaba was a career criminal and had been involved in multiple shootings, he was told to get out the car and instead rammed the police vehicles behind and infront of him, then attempted to run over the officers blocking his way to make an escape attempt. At what point would these people say it becomes valid for police to shoot? Only after he’s ran down your colleagues?

the thing is, not every police officer has a gun, only specialist police. if it gets to the point where they are called in, the situation has already escalated to a point where lethal force may be required. you don't get armed police for a stolen phone so you have to have done something serious that would require this action

Armed Police in the UK are insanely well trained. Also, firearms officers make split second decisions, its about what happens in the moment, not what something thinks or finds out 6 months later with all the time they want and no pressure
