First of all, this post isn't about labeling ppl as good or evil. It's about me discussing a philosopher's claim, and I'm giving my opinion on that claim. I used the word evil in the context of his argument. So if you're coming into the comments saying things like “ppl are neither good nor bad” or making totally irrelevant points that have nothing to do with the post, you’re literally missing the point. Most of the comments here are completely unrelated to what I wrote. You're bringing up things I didn't even mention. I made some points related to his claim: 1. Humans are naturally selfish. By highlighting this aspect of human nature, I'm not saying humans lack empathy. Pointing out one trait doesn't mean rejecting all others. Use brain before commenting. 2. Helping others can create dependency. I don't even need to explain this, common sense should suffice. So, if you're trying to act intellectual by bringing up irrelevant topics or attacking the post without understanding it, I'm not going to engage. Honestly, that's just foolish. Take a moment to read the post carefully before commenting on things like “no one is evil.” This isn't about what you're saying, it's about understanding the context first. I've said it before I'll say it again, as long as this thing called 'Human' exists there will be no peace. I believe no matter how much you try to fix the world, something capable of destroying it will always remain, we're heading towards Doomsday after all. #petersinger #philosophy #fyp
