Yal they were incorrectly billing people. Some people had 2-3000 water bills for a month. No even filling a pool would cost that much so some people were filing complaints. Hopefully the issues are resolved with billing, and back on track.

of course they would. that's kind of how the whole thing works... pay the bill, keep the service running. don't pay the bill, it gets shut off. Just a heads up, the light company and the cell phone company will do the same thing. 🙄
