I exclusively pumped for 6 months! it’s twice as hard as you have double the time! Bottle feed and then pump! It was hard going but I just treated it like breastfeeding when out!

It was a few years ago but I loved the boobix boobie cookies not sure if it was a placebo but I felt they really helped my milk supply and helped with snacking lol the hunger is unreal!! You’re smashing it xx
